These pictures were taken on March first. We had a snow storm blow in with huge flakes and they fell extremely quickly. We ended up with about 6 inches at the end of the day! I remember thinking this has got to be the last of these storms!! Well it wasn't.. we had a few more over the next few weeks.
These pictures are from march 31st. Another storm, with a record low for Salt Lake City for this day. We got a total 5 inches of fresh white fluffy snow over 24 hours. I was so depressed... when is spring going to come?

It only snowed once this year, which is normal for this part of England; but the day it snowed on was Easter! It had all melted by nine in the morning, though.
All winter long the grass stayed green, and starting in January flowers were blooming, but it was still cold (and still is cold a lot), so it's like a weird version of spring. I just want it to get a little warmer, enough to play outside for Lydia regularly. It's funny how everywhere has their own weird weather habits.

you live in such a pretty neighborhood. Do you have lots of kids in the neighborhood??
