look at my dirty face mommy! There was this red dirt everywhere and the kids played in it... i tried to keep him away but it was a lost cause. i finally decided to just let him be one with nature. So he was just filthy by the end of each day. I took him in the shower and red mud was washing out of his hair! He looked like a strawberry blond.

porters first camp fire, and his first marshmallow. He was really excited but then once he had his first one he said it was too sticky. After that he just wanted to cook the marshmallows but not eat them.

Really glad to see this for two reasons: 1) I know your computer must be up and running so communication will be easier and 2) you did recover your pictures. I really missed all of this when you were out of touch from moving and technical difficulties. So happy you're back. I love the pictures. I think Porter is a hoot.
Porter is just so cute! I love his dirty face. That is a boy who knows how to have fun in the dirt! Glad you had a good trip!!
