Nope, not here yet!

Here I am 40 weeks pregnant. Thats 10 months. I am ready!

Porter was telling the baby to come out!
This is my pretty side of my belly, the one that doesn't have the stretch marks.

I had an appointment today with my midwife. She is concerned and i guess they have decided they are not comfortable with me going all the way to 42 weeks. She says they will induce next Wednesday. I told her again how much i really really hated pitocin. So she stripped my membranes today, and I go in on Tuesday to have it done again and we are hoping that i will go into labor from this alone. If not then on Wednesday we will start an induction with cervadil ( something they put against your cervix to help it dilate) and hope that will get me going. I am hoping I just have him this weekend so I wont have to deal with it at all. So far i have been having contractions all day long 3-6 minutes apart since my appt. Now before you all get excited i have been having bouts of contractions for weeks. So it could just be more of that. or maybe its really early labor? I am hoping for the later. I have about zero patience for my kids right now.. as i type Theo is hanging on my leg screaming at me. he wants to sit in my lap but then he wants to push the keys and then i cant post this. Its days like this i really hate Cory's late work schedule! He wont be home till eleven tonight.

Try what Heidi said to do, and try the benadryl thing. My midwife has people do the benadryl thing all the time because then you are really relaxed and your body has an easier time going into labor

You look incredible!
I've had 2 cervidil and 2 pitocin labors and I can honestly tell you...I would 100% do the cervidil again. It really put me into a more natural labor. I could stay on top of the contractions more and they were both faster labors and deliveries.

So fingers crossed this little guy decides to come out on his own. But try not to worry if you do have to be induced - it will all go perfectly. :)

Love ya!!

What a trooper you are!

In all honesty, I am relieved your midwife will not let you go that long; to scary especially for the pregnancies you have.

Just remember induction or not; it will be well worth it in the end :)

Call us and we will be happy to come and get the boys and even have a meal for you guys!

Good luck Camilla; I will put your name on the temple (it can't hurt - right?!?)

Camilla- it was so good to talk to you yesterday! I can't wait to hear how everything goes when he decides to come out! I have been thinking about you a lot and praying for you. Good luck with it all- you are one tough mama.
